Terms & conditions

Pricing & currency

Prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and exclude sales tax. This is an indicative offer, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Billing & payment

Payment is due within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

Operational hours

Standard hours: Saturday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00. Work outside these hours or on holidays is charged at overtime rates.

Inbound notice

Clients must provide detailed inbound shipment information at least 24 hours prior to vehicle arrival.

Contract term

Minimum contract term of 6 months, renewable. Valid subject to a final site survey and volume assessment.

Restricted goods

Hazardous, flammable, perishable and temperature-sensitive goods are not accepted without prior written approval.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. All stock must be cleared before the account is closed and reconciled.

Survey & confirmation

All rates remain indicative until a formal volume assessment and site survey are completed by ING Logistics.

Essential covers secure storage and inventory control. Fulfillment adds order processing, picking and standard packing. Managed 3PL adds dedicated capacity, an account manager, an enhanced SLA, same-day handling and ERP or API integration. Value-added services are charged according to the activity and scope agreed.

We are preparing to launch our own delivery and distribution fleet, operating directly from our Irbid facility with coverage across Jordan. The published launch rates are indicative until the service goes live.
